Teamwork free versionYou can sign up for free to Teamwork and use it online; no setup, upgrade, configure problems. The free version is a working version with the only limitation that you can set up at most five projects and ten users.
You can any time migrate to Teamwork installed locally, which is faster and with more features available, or upgrade to "Teamwork pay account", which is unlimited in project number, preserving all data inserted in the free usage.
How do the free and pay versions work?It’s very simple: you just create an account on line, which gives you a Teamwork environment, log in and from this add the users you need, and you start using Teamwork right away; if you like the application, you can then proceed to a local installation which is faster and more powerful.
Teamwork starts as free; if you need more then ten users, or more then five tasks, you should move to a local installation or get a pay account; the application will at time offer you to get a pay account if you are beyond the five tasks or ten operators limit. If you don't use your free account for more than 90 days, it will be deleted; but before that, you will receive a warning e-mail. You may also receive e-mail notifications of upgrades and maintenance alerts.
Pricing is based on how many users access your online Teamwork. Differently to other operators, Open Lab will not issue any bill automatically: only the customer will choose if and when to renew the pay account. As all payments are done on line, and are time-limited, there is no commitment on your part or need to “cancel”: if you don’t renew, you won’t be charged.
Teamwork pay accountThe cost is 8 Euro per month for each enabled user, that is, a user that can log in. You can choose to pay for a month, three months of for a year (in this case you actually pay only for ten months).
Payment will happen inside your online account, through PayPal as usual.
