Would you like to use Teamwork for Project Management?

Each project is structured as a task tree. You can always see at a glance the project’s current status.
Each task can be associated to users (or more generally, resources) through assignments. Each resource plays a role in the project, such as “Project Manager”, “Worker”, “Stakeholder” (and you can define your own).

Once defined projects and assignments, you get all Teamwork’s benefits. A few examples:

- implicit team or workgroup definition (see shared agenda, send messages, operator load, …), together with their security settings
- active work log recording, and hence cost control
- define personal dashboards

You have to manage hundreds of projects? Powerful search forms help to find and manage large volumes of projects. All your filters can be saved (with one click), refined and reused. Results can be printed, exported in PDF format, shared. You can choose the project events you want to subscribe to, and also "push" subscriptions to assignees.

Moreover projects support milestones, dependencies (shown also on trees), have integrated issue tracking, a diary, boards, detailed log of scope creep, are auditable, have deliverables, have customizable project forms for evaluating complexity/risk/value … .

There is a Microsoft Project import/export functionality, which can help integration with established standards.
