Are you Agile enough? A SCRUM master?
Teamwork’s refined object model easily supports agile methodologies (www.agilealliance.com). As an example, we chose to introduce several tools to facilitate the use of the Scrum methodology (www.controlchaos.com). There are wizards for creating the root project, its product backlog (modeled using issues), creating a sprint, organizing the daily meeting and managing the team and issues, monitoring sprint evolution with the burn-down graph.
Teamwork’s model is flexible enough to support all kinds of agile team management solutions (at least, all those that do not rule out the use of software…).
