Teamwork boot camp
Teamwork’s boot camps are particular, in that they reflect the spirit with which the software is done.
In the course of a boot camp, there are three kinds of activities performed:
1. User requirements collection
2. Setting up the system
3. Seminars with the users
We always send two people: the three activities often overlap, and two people can guarantee a higher quality level.
Boot camp lasts at least two, most often three days.
Dashboard and portlet customizations are done there on site.
A typical boot camp flows as follows:
1. First meeting with the users sponsoring Teamwork adoption, and collection of user requirements. Examples are “a web part showing certification roles”, “a dashboard just for our customers”
2. Installation and configuration on the company server
3. Configuration of different dashboards and roles for different company’ profiles
4. Meeting with the Project Managers and sponsoring users showing the configuration and testing it
5. Meeting with production director and creation of main projects
6. Meeting and demo with the entire workgroup
The total cost is 1200 Euro per day plus VAT 21% ( total 1452 Euro) (this covers both people) plus travel and stay expenses.

We are aware that the license costs are extremely low, and the boot camp prices are instead market prices. But a boot camp may drastically lower your adoption times, making you save weeks of work setup. Anyway the videos available on the web site are a zero-cost alternative to a boot camp :-)
