For installed versions, cost is 90 Euro per user; each user with enabled login counts for 1 user.
For example, Teamwork for three users costs only 90x3=270 Euro; for twenty users, it costs:
10-user pack (790) + 10 additional licenses = 790 + 900 = 1690 Euro. User licenses do not expire, and cover all updates of version 4. If you're not satisfied within 30 days you get a full refund.
The license will be sent within two working days from receipt of the payment.

How are licenses counted? Concurrent, roaming, nominal?
Well, a generously nominal kind: each user with enabled login counts for 1 user. No test for concurrent login is done, so concurrent login has no influence on license count. Users may be enabled and disabled any time; as soon as a user is disabled, she/he is no longer counted in the license count, but all data connected to that user is preserved.
In short, only those that really can work in Teamwork are counted.

Many of our customers use remote setup to get a professional Teamwork server setup and configuration. It is
assumed that the database server is already installed. Setup is for the current version or upgrade to the
current version; installing following upgrades is not included.
Upgrades can be included in support contracts, contact
us directly for details. In case of upgrade, it is assumed that the customer has complete backups.

How can I upgrade my licenses to the unlimited one?
If you already bought some licenses of version
4, and you decide to upgrade to unlimited, you will have to pay only the difference. Example: if you have
bought 20 users (790 + 900 = 1690 Euro) and you want to upgrade to the unlimited license, you will have to pay
5000 - 1690 = 3310 Euro(valid only for the same Teamwork release). Send a mail to info@twproject.com and we'll
send you the international money transfer data, costs for support are not deducible from the unlimited license
cost.
