Resource planning


Resource management may mean management at different levels of details. Teamwork contains several functionalities to manage resources in different senses.

One may mean checking the load of operators (in detail): this may mean checking the list of assignments by resource, or checking the overall load, or for a single one: there are pages and filters for all this. 

But since Teamwork version 4, there is an additional functionality, call “resource planning”, which allows for detailed planning of work distribution between assignments in days.; this planning can be done by project, listing all people working on it, or by resource, listing all open assignments. The interface is “Excel-like”, which should make planning comfortable and fast.
