Same if you are willing to do a demo of Teamwork 4 to an audience at a public event, if you are an
open source developer group, a
do-gooder non-profit organization or for
didactical purposes.
Non profit/NG organizations that apply are small organizations that substantially don't have an IT budget; free licenses are limited to at most 10 users. For example, professional' associations are excluded.
