The webinar is a way to have an interactive Teamwork session with an instructor.
The total time for the webinar is 3 hours, usually split in two sessions of 90 minutes each. After the first webinar usually the instructor leaves some assignments to the customer, which are then reviewed in the second one.
The technology used to provide the webinar is not pre-determined as often different companies use different software.
After you bought the webinar, we will exchange e-mails to fix time. Instruction will be done in CET ('Central European Time', 6 hours ahead of New York) time settings. Webinar language will be English.

(SMTP, POP3, file storages, etc.) - What is your current usage of Teamwork, if any
- What theme you are particularly interested in, if any
- A temporary access to your Teamwork
- Which “desktop sharing” application you’d like to use, if any
